My candlelit Nurture Nook is surrounded by nature and birdsong. I pride myself on delivering personalised care, ensuring each treatment is tailored specifically to your preferences and needs. This approach allows me to create a massage experience that truly supports your well-being and relaxation.

There's no waiting room full of people, you have your very own parking spot and you will not be rushed in or out. From beginning to end, it is calm and peaceful and you are free to be yourself - however you are feeling.

I’m Emma, me, my husband, two children and many pets live down a quiet, stoney little lane in West Bergholt, Colchester. I have loved massage for many years and so I decided to set up my own space that encompasses all the things I love and can share with you – Massage therapy, essential oils, candles, meditation, nature, nurture and a little bit of magic.

I am trained in Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stones Massage, Indian Head Massage and Japanese Head Spa.

Deeply relaxing and harmonious 1 hour full-body Swedish massage with essential oils tailored to your needs. Heated blanket, warmed towels and a heated eye mask invite you deeper into tranquillity.

Reflexology

45 minutes
Feet

45-minute reflexology treatment with warm aromatic cloth wash and foot massage to begin, followed by reflex work to promote balance and healing.

Indian Head Massage

45 minutes
Back, Head, Face, Arms, Hands

A blissful 45 minutes designed to relieve stress and tension while promoting a profound sense of peace. Warm cloths, warmed aromatic oils, focused scalp/face pressure points, arms and hands.

Hot Stones Massage

60 minutes
Full Body

Ultimate relaxation with warmed oil and heated Basalt stones using gentle pressure and sweeping techniques, combined with hands-on massage for the best of both worlds.

The Slightest Touch

45 minutes
Hair, Head, Face, Arms, Hands, Feet

Soothing and calming for the soul using a potion of essential oils chosen for your needs. Lightest touch to bring complete relaxation: hair and head massage, soft sweeping face work, then arms and hands with warmed oils, finishing with a warm foot bathe and foot massage to ground you. Optional gentle back treatment available.

Japanese Head Spa
